Abstract

This month’s Aachen Maker Meetup is about soft robotics. In a talk about “FlowIO”, Ali Shtarbanov (HCI researcher at MIT Media Lab) will present the FlowIO Platform which is a combination of a modular pneumatics development platform and a respective software library. FlowIO can be used to control soft robotics and make them accessible for a broader audience.

After the talk, there will be ample time to chat about soft robotic systems and the opportunities which they offer us. 

Socializing begins at 18:30. At 19:00 the presentation will start. Afterwards, there will be time for a discussion and questions. We look forward to seeing you there
