Guide2Research Ranking 2020: Computer Science at RWTH Takes 1st Place among all German Universities

The international Computer Science portal Guide2Research anually publishes rankings of the best scientists. This year marks the first time they have published a university ranking as well. Among the German universities, Computer Science at RWTH Aachen was able to take the first place.
The overall ranking of RWTH Aachen is 54th place. The ranking consists of 650 universities around the world that are considered the strongest in the field of computer science. In the ranking of individual scientists, professors Wil van der Aalst and Hermann Ney from the Department of Computer Science were placed in the German Top 10. All rankings are based on the h-index of the involved scientists.
