Supporting the Proactive Recruitment of Female Professors
Excellent science requires diversity: increasing the proportion of women in science results in a larger talent pool and a diversity of research perspectives, thus securing high-quality science and research at RWTH Aachen. First and foremost, the proactive search for female researchers is to address the underrepresentation of female researchers at the professorial level. We aim at identifying suitable candidates for open positions and thus support the appointment commission in their proactive search for highly qualified female researchers.
