How to reach the Center of Computer Science Department
With bus or train
- Travel to main station of Aachen.
- Opposite of the main station is the "Bahnhofstraße" (railway station
street).
- Follow the "Bahnhofstraße" till you reach the "Theaterstraße".
- At the "Theaterstraße" take
bus no. 33 in the direction "Vaals (NL)/Klinikum".
- The bus stop is named "Wallstraße", the bus goes downhill.
- The Computer Science Center is at the stop "Halifaxstraße".
By car
- Take either the "Autobahn" A44 from Düsseldorf or the A4 from Köln
(A4), till you
reach the junction Aachen.
- Continue on the A4 in the direction to Heerlen/Antwerpen.
- Leave the A4 at the exit no. 2 "Laurensberg/Richterich" and
continue in the direction "Aachen Zentrum/RWTH".
- At the next turn-off take the right branch towards "RWTH Uniklinikum" on
the "Toledoring".
- Take the third exit in the direction "RWTH-Hörn" on the
"Halifaxstraße".
- At the third junction turn left into the the
"Mies-van-der-Rohe-Straße".
- Enter at the next entranceway to the left to reach the parking area
of the Computer Science Department.
